Welcome to the Mobile Messaging Service provided by Liberty Communications Inc. ("Liberty Cab", “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Messaging Terms of Use ("Messaging Terms") govern your participation in the SMS/text notification and marketing service (the “Service”).

By contacting us, registering for an account, or using any of our products or services, you automatically consent to receive messages from us and agree to the following terms. These Messaging Terms are part of our overall Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). Your continued interaction with the Service confirms your acceptance of this Agreement.

When you use Liberty Cab services, you are automatically opted into our SMS service, which may include:

  • Real-time ride status updates

  • Upcoming ride reminders

  • Cancellation notices

  • Important service-related messages

  • Promotional offers and marketing communications

You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

⚙️ General Conditions for Messaging

By providing your mobile number to us, you:

  • Consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Liberty Cab

  • Understand that message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan

  • Confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the account holder’s permission

Depending on your engagement, you may receive recurring automated messages. These may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Please notify us if your phone number changes to ensure proper updates.
